Download and install latest JTAG Manager (To a new folder) and simply enter Your login details when asked. - My account is expired, am I eligible for this ?

As long as You keep RIFF Directory intact (eg, not format drive or download new files) - How long I will have access to licensing Server ?
Two weeks (14 days). After this period You still can use all features, but You will not be able to download license for new files. - I can't remember my login details

- Firmware update fails with message:

Open serial port...OK Connecting to the RIFF Box...OK Getting RIFF Box Info...OK RIFF Box Firmware Version: 1.41 (RIFFBOX1) Connecting to the Updates Server...OK Downloading new Firmware from Server...ERROR ERROR: Couldn't connect to the Updates Server. Try again later.
- Solution:
Close JTAG Manager and delete files from "Download" folder in RIFF directory. Retry Firmware Update procedure.
- JTAG Manager crashes after installing DLL
Solution:
Download single *.riffpkg package first, install it and restart JTAG Manager.
